1. Teaching Staff

The courses and activities organized by 40zero will be taught by qualified and certified instructors.

2. Duration of classes

Each class will last 55 minutes per scheduled hourThe months are structured on a basis of 4 weeks per month.

3. Payments and cancellations

• Payments will be made in a monthly and in advance, within the first 10 days of the month, using the agreed payment method.

• In case of delay, a fee will be applied 10% surcharge.

• The low or no continuity must communicate before the start of the following month.

• If you sign up mid-month, you'll only pay the corresponding proportional share.

4. Weather conditions and calendar

• Classes are subject to the meteorological conditions and to work calendar.

• The organization will not refund or relocate classes affected by these circumstances.

• The course is scheduled on a case-by-case basis. 43 and a half weeks to compensate for holidays or rain.

5. Responsibility and safety regulations

6. Acceptance of conditions

7. Minimum group

40zero will be able to suspend, postpone, cancel or renegotiate the price of an activity if the minimum number of students expected is not covered.

8. Material

The student must bring his own personal material (racket, appropriate sports clothing).
40zero will provide the rest of the necessary material for the activity.

9. Priority of schedules

The schedules of private lessons or court rental will be subject to the schedules of the School, which will have preference.

10. Cancellation of private lessons

Private lessons must be cancelled with at least 6 hours in advance.
If this deadline is not met, will lose 100% of the amount of the class.
In case of cancellation in time, you will be rescheduled to a new agreed time.

11. Payment for private lessons

Payments will be made in advance through the available bonuses or by individual class, if so agreed.

12. Level test

Every new student must complete a level test to be assigned to the appropriate group and schedule at the organization's discretion.

13. Contracted schedules

The contracted days and times are immovable and of exclusive use of the student.
